My grand daughter received this for Christmas along with the princess, carriage and castle. The are now her favorite toys. It is a lot of fun and the sounds it makes are so cute.

This company shipped quick and my daughter was happy. Isn't that all that matters. The Princess and Prince do a pretty neat dance inside the dance hall. I'm pretty sick of the rats as I said in my other review, but I am not about to refuse to buy every single one my daughter wants. I DO HOWEVER DRAW THE LINE on the ones they glued the DOGHEAD on. Now THAT is just
unnecessary..lol

My 7 year old granddaughter loves this toy. When she opened it on Christmas day, one of the functions was not working properly. I emailed the company the next day and they took care of if immediately. I am very impressed with the customer service I received from this distributor and would purchase from them again without hesitation.

I don't understand what happened. The toy has been out of the box for two days and it already does not work. It still makes the sounds but it does not move, I thought it was the batteries but given that the sounds are still loud and clear I don't think it is the batteries. I also checked the wheels for any stuck hair but there is nothing, it is strange that both the prince and princess are not moving I don't know why? These were a Santa gift and I can't believe that they are not working anymore. I am a little disappointed given that my daughter is usually a hit and miss with toys but, she really liked these toys and it's sad that they don't work anymore.
