The item was just as they described, brand new, and amazing! i really wanted gill, me and my mother searched TRU for hours and couldnt find him so i was happy to find him here. He was a tad bit expensive but we still got him, when he arrived today, the recipte was next to his box saying please leave feed back. I looked the doll over to make sure it was not ruined (heat can make the paint melt, but it was fine.) Loved him cant wait till christmas and have lagoona and him EPIC ROMANCE SCENE ;)

Lagoona was the last to get a boyfriend - finally Gil has made an appearance.
The Gil doll is blue skinned, has webbed fingers, and fins just like Lagoona. His hair, like Deuce, is folded over on the side for the doll so he can fit into his helmet. The helmet fits snugly around the gills on his neck and then clicks closed. He has a shell necklace, clear plastic and black sandals, black fishbone shirt, and shorts with a Hokusai (tidal wave) type of logo - very Billabong (which is odd since he is fresh water).
In all, Gil is a great addition to the MH line - he looks good with or without the helmet. He also goes perfectly with the other Skull Shores dolls (especially the very cute and sweet Lagoona Skull Shores doll).

This Monster High doll is a great addition to the collection. His "water helmet" as my daughter calls it is probably the highlight of this doll. She loves taking it on and off as he goes into the water. He is very well made. We have had several Monster High dolls that have just kind of fallen apart on us because they were so flimsy, but this one seems very durable! We love his colors and style, he is a great male doll!

My daughter is thrilled to have this guy, he has fins down his back and on his arms and legs. I was thrilled to find him at Target for $11.50, all of the Skull Shores dolls were there for that price. It did take us 3 or 4 Targets to find him though!!

My daughter and her friends love Monster High dolls! She really wanted this doll after seeing him on the show, Gil will be a GREAT surprise Christmas morning!
